The 1117 12th Avenue Building is a one-story structure with a full-daylight basement built in 1919. It had been used as an auto repair shop for 60+ years prior to ERV’s acquisition of the property in 2005. The property is completely surrounded by Seattle University. ERV renovated the building that is now home to Anchorhead Coffee and MariPili Tapas Bar.
