ERV purchased this Ravenna property in October 2014. The property is near University of Washington and Green Lake. This 16-unit microhousing apartment building that we developed is 4-Star Built Green certified and includes fully furnished units with private bathrooms, utilities and Internet included, shared kitchens, shared laundry facility, and shared courtyard with fire pit. The property opened in summer 2016.
