While at Related Urban Development, Shapiro was a project manager on Rosemary Square (formerly CityPlace), a 72-acre Mediterranean-style mixed-use project in West Palm Beach, featuring over two dozen specialty retail stores, ten restaurants and bars, a 20-screen cinema complex, and a historic church redeveloped into a performance center.
