Located within Nashville’s downtown core south of Broadway (SoBro), Rutledge Flats is an 8-story, 174-unit microhousing project of nearly 58,000 sf. Every unit has its own bathroom and amenity area. The rooms are rented fully-furnished and include a microwave, refrigerator, bed, desk, and chair. The monthly rent includes wireless internet and utilities such as water/sewer, garbage, and electricity. Amenities include a roof-top deck, lounge, secure package room, common bike storage and private building courtyard. There is one commercial space on the first floor. The project opened January 2023.
