This historic warehouse built 1949 includes 22’-foot barrel vaulted ceiling, steel-framed windows, and wood trusses. ERV partnered with the property owner to renovate the building and convert it to a modern-day use appropriate for the lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Queen Anne Beerhall is an Austro-Hungarian beer hall that opened in the fall of 2015.
