ERV acquired these two adjacent garage buildings on Melrose Avenue between Pike and Pine Streets in 2008 and finished renovating them in 2010 for retail, restaurant, and office use. Melrose Market has been written up in several nationally regarded publications such as The New York Times, Conde Nast Traveler, and Bon Appetit. This property sold in February 2019 to Regency Centers.

This project won Historic Seattle’s Preserving Neighborhood Character Award 2011 Award.
